As reported last month, Adobe is moving to a subscription/login-to-use model. We are configuring Adobe software installations to require Adobe credentials beginning this evening, Tuesday, November 12. Please plan to be prompted for your Adobe ID and password when you first use an Adobe product after the change.
What is my Adobe ID and password?
A warning announcement was sent on October 8 and you should have received a welcome email from Adobe mid-October. If you have not yet responded to that email or if you have forgotten your password, please do the following to reset/establish your account password:
- Click https://account.adobe.com/
- Click “Forgot password?”
- Enter your work e-mail address and follow the prompts
