Application Development

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining modifications to software
  • Developing procedures and standards for coding, testing, and deploying objects in the Shared Instance
  • Technical representation for the Shared Instanced in NSHE PeopleSoft development activities
  • Support administration of statewide regulatory and policy requirements

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise and first line support for campus users and students
  • Address all functional issues internally before contacting SCS
  • Aid in the development of campus specific reporting and interfaces
  • Develop and implement testing in support of upgrades, regulatory patching, and modifications
  • Provide Project Leads that speak for their respective Campus
  • Identify authorized individuals responsible for creating service requests
