- Consultation on A/V configurations and productions
- Consultation on A/V integration for fixed and portable room setups
- Board meeting and custom scaled setups, which can include:
- Microphones
- Speakers and Speaker Monitors
- Line mixers, audio mixers, stage box
- Video monitors, video switchers, and video integration
- High-Definition Pan/Tilt/Zoom cameras
- Video streaming, recording, editing, and production
- Video conferencing and virtual meetings integrations
Client Responsibilities
- Reimburse any third-party transportation and delivery costs
- Reimburse any captioning or other third-party production costs
