- Design expertise for a connection solution that meets the customer’s needs and budget
- Project management for the entire connection process
- IP address space and domain name service
- Vendor quotes for any required network hardware
- Vendor quotes for any required last mile circuits
- Installation, testing, monitoring, and maintenance of all hardware up to the point of demarcation
- Monitoring and support of the last mile circuits
- Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) detection and mitigation
Client Responsibilities
- Provide an authorized point of contact for communication and approvals
- Provide a technical contact for communicating network requirements
