System Computing Services provides:
- NSHE workstation endpoint management, including:
- Device requirements, specifications, and standards
- Purchasing and inventorying
- Imaging, configuring, and securing
- Setup, initial login, and orientation
- Deploying critical security updates and patches
- Remediating vulnerabilities and exploits
- Ongoing user support
- Warranty repair and replacement coordination
- Repurposing and secure disposal and surplus
- NSHE-issued mobile device support
- Best-effort BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) mobile device support
- Printer and office peripheral device support
Client Responsibilities
- Install operating system updates regularly
- Follow equipment care and maintenance guidelines
- Initiate all support and service requests with the Service Desk
