Scope
System Computing Services will:
- Analyze client needs for data, reporting, and access
- Design and develop data warehousing components
- Define and develop warehouse structures
- Develop extract, transform, and load processes (ETL) to populate the warehouse
- Implement and periodically review security measures to ensure access is appropriately restricted among authorized users
- Design and develop reports and other user output
- Design and develop interfaces between disparate data sources
- Apply and communicate critical warehouse maintenance, updates, and enhancements
- Provide guidance related to data consolidation, governance, and management of data quality
Client Responsibilities
- Provide and maintain authorized points of contact
- Provide any requested information regarding data sources, usage, and related processes
- Review and provide feedback for deliverables
